Annette Alessi is a published and award-winning artist who was formerly a fashion illustrator. Since the new millennium she has become a reputable fine artist and art teacher. Along with a degree in the arts, she also studied with Karl Kuerner, a well-known artist who was mentored by Andrew Wyeth. Annette’s specialty today is the portrait and the landscape. She offers commission children’s portraiture and commission landscape paintings, as well as, has a large collection of local landscape paintings which can be seen on her website or in person at her studio in Garnet Valley, PA. Her original works can also be found at local galleries such as Strodes Mill Gallery in West Chester, PA and Soma NewArt Gallery in Cape May, NJ. Annette exhibits at local venues such as Chadds Ford Elementary School Art Show
and Sale in March, and others listed on her website. She has been published in many books including “100 Artists of the Brandywine Valley” and has been interviewed by newspapers such as The Wilmington News Journal and Garnet Valley Press, to name a few. She teaches privately in her studio in Garnet Valley, PA. Annette welcomes visitors to her art studio in Garnet Valley, PA where many works can be seen and purchased.
