Barbara Moore Fine Art

  Barbara Neville is a native and resident of Wilmington, Delaware. She attended the University of Delaware and Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. She has exhibited in numerous shows across the Delaware Valley and has paintings in important public and private collections throughout the United States.
